Registration fees
Below you can find the registration fees (including VAT) for DPP 2022.

Full Conference Registration
If you would like to attend the symposium (17 – 20 May 2022), please select this option.
Full registration includes:
• Admission to the sessions for all days
• A welcome reception on Tuesday May 17
• Access to the lunch buffet on Wednesday and Thursday, a grab and go lunch on Friday
• Morning and afternoon coffee breaks on Wednesday and Thursday and a morning coffee break on Friday.
Online Conference Registration
If you would like to attend the symposium online (17 – 20 May 2022), please select this option.
Online registration includes:
• Admission to all the oral sessions for all days via the online platform
• Access to all posters online
• Possibility to be in contact (chat, call) with all presenters and delegates via the online portal and/or app
Day fee
When registering for a one day fee, the participant will get access for that specific day. This includes lunch and coffee breaks that are offered on that day.
Student registration
To encourage participation of students in DPP2022 a reduced participation fee applies. The same items are included as for the full registration option. The student fee applies for MSc and PhD students enrolled in a university. You will need to be able to provide a copy of a student card or a written statement of your supervisor on request.
For post-docs and other young scientists the full registration fee applies.
Accommodation
A number of rooms have been secured in various hotels close to the meeting venue.
In order to get a reservation at the hotel of your preference, please make your reservation as soon as possible.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS (FAQ)
Cancellation of registration has to be made in writing to the Congress Secretariat (dpp2022@congressbydesign.com). If a cancellation is received before or on 31 March 2022, a cancellation fee of 25% will be charged. After this date, or if a registrant fails to attend the meeting for any reason whatsoever, regrettably no refund (registration fee and social events) can be made. If, for reasons beyond the control of the organizers, the symposium is cancelled, the registration fee will be refunded after deduction of expenses incurred by the symposium.

If you require an invitation letter as part of your visa application, you can request one as part of the online meeting registration process. Please complete your registration and send an email to the Congress Secretariat stating that you would like to request an invitation letter. No letters of invitation will be issued without a completed paid registration.
We accept payments by credit card, iDEAL and bank transfer. We cannot accept payment by check and debit card. Any additional fees (e.g. bank charges) are at own expense.
Payment of the applicable registration fee must have been made within 14 days after registration to secure your participation.
Press can make use of one of the available registration fees (full registration or day registration).
Personal data will be collected, processed and stored by Congress by design (the “Processor”), on behalf of the DPP2022 Congress organizers, in its capacity as data controller, only for the preparation and execution of DPP2022, 17 – 20 May 2022. Delegates’ personal data will be retained securely and under the applicable law, you may, at any time, request access to your personal data, as well as its rectification, erasure or limited processing, portability of your data, or oppose to the processing by written request addressed to the Data Controller through the e-mail address
dpp2022@congressbydesign.com.
Congress by design does not give your personal information to anyone else unless one of the following applies;
You would reasonably expect that your information will be passed on to the recipient as part of the provision of products or services to you ancillary to your registration for this conference;
You have consented;
It is required or authorized by law;
It will prevent or lessen a serious and imminent threat to somebody’s life or health;
It is reasonably necessary for the enforcement of the criminal law or of a law imposing a pecuniary penalty, or for the protection of public revenue.
